THE NIGHT FOUNTAINS SHOW

THE WALT LOVES THE NIGHT FOUNTAINS SHOW AT VERSAILLES

Versailles is renowned for the magnificent and grandiose castle it houses. Home of King Louis XIV, it is now classified as a cultural site on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

We recommend that you visit this castle, which is a work of art in itself. You will be amazed by its beauty, between the famous Hall of Mirrors with no less than 357 mirrors and the park covering more than 800 hectares.

Every year, millions of visitors come to discover the Château de Versailles and its magnificent French gardens. Also renowned for organising numerous events, we propose to show you our favourite one!

Every year on Saturday evenings in the summer, The Night Fountains Show is held, an exceptional evening in the gardens of the castle, featuring the many fountains there.

A MAGICAL WALK IN VERSAILLES

We recommend you to visit the Château de Versailles and its gardens when you come to Paris. If you have the opportunity to come there in summer, you absolutely must go and see the Night Fountains Show. This show is aptly named, as the garden of the castle is home to more than 2,300 pieces of water distributed among sculptures and fountains.

Under a magnificent starry sky, you will be able to discover or rediscover the garden's statues and basins illuminated. The 2 hour show will allow you to stroll through the park to the rhythm of baroque music composed by famous artists such as Lully, Charpentier and Rameau. We advise you to find out about the evening's programme beforehand in order to not miss the watering of the fountains. To finish the eveningon a high note, a large firework display is fired in front of the Grand Canal to offer you an extraordinary end to the show.

If you love this type of performance, we recommend you to visit the Château de Versailles during events such as 14 July or 15 August. On these dates, you will have the opportunity to see unique and memorable shows such as a demonstration by the French Patrol or the Fire Night Show.

Don't wait any longer to reserve your place for this impressive show. Young and old alike will be amazed by this exceptional show!
